The mission of PrayTime.info is to provide resources for believers that will facilitate prayer establishment. These resources include daily prayer times, monthly prayer timetables, different adhan recitations, direction of the qibla, different Quran recitations, Quran text, prayer tutorials, and many others. PrayTime.info was established in 2006 by a non-affiliated group of Muslim students in Southern California and it is not a commercial website.

Daily Prayer Times:
Automatically detects your location and time zone offset and provides daily prayer times according to the following calculation methods:

  • Leva Research Institute, Qom, Iran
  • University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan
  • Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), USA
  • Muslim World League (MWL)
  • Umm al-Qura, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
  • Egyptian General Authority of Survey

Monthly Prayer Timetable:
Provides printable monthly prayer timetables.

Adhan:
Automatically plays the adhan recitation of your choice at the beginning of selected prayer times. The “countdown to the next adhan” feature keeps you alert about the time left till the next prayer. For more information about Adhan, click here

Qibla:
Detects the direction of the qibla based on your location. The direction of the qibla can be mapped based on the inputted address.

Quran:
Randomly displays verses from the Quran when the page is refreshed.
Customization option allows you to listen to Arabic recitation of the Quran by your reciter of choice, display Arabic or English texts and transliteration of the Quran.

Prayer Tutorials:
Provides you with basic tutorials on daily prayers and Eid prayer. Customization option allows you to listen to Arabic recitation of the prayer, display Arabic or English texts and transliteration of the prayer.

Ramadan Specials:
Audio duas before Fajr prayer, before and after Iftar and also daily duas are available during the holy month of Ramadan.
